1. Digital Product Sales Are Final
All sales are final once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded. This includes:
- Recorded video classes
- Design bundles
- Templates or any other downloadable content
We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and access/download has been provided.
3. Exceptions (If Any)
Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:
- You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate payment).
- You received a corrupted or inaccessible file, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
To request a refund under these exceptions, please email us at musegrid7@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase. Please include your order ID and a description of the issue.
